When can I request a payout from Be Musix?
Payment requests can be submitted between the 17th and 26th of every month.
What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
The minimum withdrawal amount is $50.00.
Which payment methods are supported?
Bank Transfer (preferred), Bkash / mobile wallet and Payoneer.
Why do my details “not match our records”?
Your registered email and exact label name must match your client record. For Bank Transfer, the Account Name must match your registered name, and any bank, Bkash or Payoneer details already saved on your record must match exactly — details that were never saved are stored the first time you use them. To change saved details, contact support.
Which documents do I need to upload?
Clear photos or scans of your National ID card, front and back — JPG, PNG, PDF, DOC or DOCX, up to 6 MB each. The name on the ID should match your payout account details.
What if I entered the wrong payment details?
Check your confirmation email carefully. If anything is incorrect, notify [email protected] or WhatsApp within 30 minutes. Be Musix LLC is not responsible for funds transferred to an incorrect account due to user error.
