Simply create an account with Be Musix, upload your music, provide your metadata and artwork, and submit your release. Our team reviews your submission and distributes it to the platforms you select.

Typical delivery times:

• TikTok / Instagram: 3–7 days
• YouTube Music: 24–48 hours
• Amazon Music: 24–72 hours

We recommend submitting 7–14 days before your desired release date to ensure smooth processing across all stores.

• No logos (Spotify, Apple, etc.), URLs, social handles, or offensive imagery

ISRC (International Standard Recording Code): Identifies each individual track.

UPC (Universal Product Code): Identifies the album or single as a whole.

If you do not have ISRCs or UPCs, Be Musix will generate them for free.

Be Musix collects royalties from all DSPs on your behalf. Once your revenue clears and becomes payable, it appears in your Be Musix dashboard. You can request a payout anytime according to our payment schedule.

Payment methods typically include:

• PayPal
• Wise (optional)

Most platforms report monthly, but royalties usually reflect earnings from 2–3 months prior due to industry-standard processing times.

Yes. You can request changes to:

• Artist name
• Artwork
• Metadata (credits, label name, genre, etc.)
• Audio (in specific cases only)
• Store availability

Some changes may require a takedown and re-upload.

Yes. You must ensure:

• The song is a legal cover
• You hold a mechanical license (if required in your country)

For platforms like YouTube Content ID, cover songs cannot be monetized unless you own the full rights.

Yes, if you have written permission from:

• The original copyright owner (for remixes)
• All featured artists (for collaborations)

You must upload signed agreements or license documentation if requested.

Yes. Content ID detects and monetizes your music across YouTube.

However, not all tracks are eligible—low-quality, public-domain, or unauthorized content will be rejected.

Yes. Be Musix offers full VEVO video distribution, including:

• VEVO channel creation
• Video delivery
• Thumbnail and metadata management
• Scheduled premieres

A separate submission process applies.

Yes. You can move your entire catalog to Be Musix without losing your streams or playlist placements, as long as:

• You keep the same ISRCs
• You use the same audio files
• You coordinate a smooth takedown from your previous distributor

Our team assists with the migration process.

You retain 100% ownership of your music.

Be Musix only distributes and monetizes on your behalf; we do not take any rights.

We accept all genres including pop, hip-hop, electronic, Afrobeat, Latin, classical, rock, and more.

However, we do not accept:

• Unlicensed samples
• Harmful, hate-promoting content
• Low-quality audio or artwork
