To maintain the highest standards across all distribution platforms and protect the rights of artists and listeners, Be Musix enforces the following content guidelines. Failure to comply may result in delays, rejections, or account suspension.
1. 🎵 Audio Quality Requirements
- File Format: WAV (16-bit or 24-bit), 44.1 kHz
- Channels: Stereo (no mono files)
- Clarity: No distortion, clipping, or background noise
- Final Versions Only: Demos or unmastered versions will not be accepted
2. 🧠 Originality & Ownership
- Submit only original music or properly licensed covers/remixes.
- You must have full distribution rights to all samples, beats, and vocals used in your track.
- Content flagged for copyright violations may be removed without notice.
3. 📝 Metadata Standards
- Titles must be clean, accurately spelled, and follow proper capitalization (e.g., Love Is Real, not LOVE IS REAL!!!).
- Avoid misleading info (e.g., “Official Audio,” “New Hit,” or platform names in titles).
- Explicit content must be tagged correctly.
4. 🖼️ Artwork Guidelines
Your cover art is a vital part of your release and must meet the following:
- Format: JPG or PNG
- Size: Minimum 3000 x 3000 pixels
- Resolution: 72–300 DPI
- Content: No logos of streaming platforms, social media handles, or watermarks
- No blurriness, pixelation, or low-resolution images
- Avoid: Nudity, hate symbols, QR codes, or misleading branding
✅ Artwork must visually represent your release and follow digital store policies.
5. 🚫 Prohibited Content
Be Musix strictly prohibits the upload or distribution of:
- Hate speech, racism, or discriminatory content
- Sexual or violent content without proper disclosure
- Fake artist names or misleading artist impersonation
- Content created using AI without clear labeling
- Silent tracks, looping noise, or placeholder files
6. 🚷 Account Termination Policy
Be Musix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Repeatedly violate content guidelines
- Submit fraudulent or pirated content
- Attempt to manipulate streaming data (e.g., bot plays or click farms)
- Engage in abusive or dishonest behavior with the platform or its partners
