Most streaming platforms report monthly, but earnings usually appear 60–90 days after streams occur due to industry-standard reporting delays.

Yes, you can request updates to:

Audio file replacements may require a takedown and re-upload unless approved for technical reasons.

Yes, but you must have the appropriate rights:
